The company SOS Assist s.r.o. has been established in July 2008 due to aquisition of a part of the global leader company International SOS Assistance, and provides and specializes in roadside and specialized assistance services and insurance. The history of our company begins in the year 1992. The company has been developing to the current status.

SOS Assist works with a modern assistance software and a broad provider´s platform for providing excelent level of assistance services.

The quality of made changes in providing assistance, insurance and other services is proved by receiving certification ISO 9001:2008 in the end of year 2009.

Alarm center

 In the continually established and modernized Alarm center you will receive advises and help from a team of trained proffessionals, being able to communicate in the main world languages. The operation coordinators are at the callers´disposal 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and deal with over 40 000 assistance and insurance cases a year, whereas over 300 000 calls are being dealt.

The mission of SOS Assist is to make people´s life easier by providing attractive products and services, which would offer the consumer such a functional and emotive value that these services would mean an important part of their life style.

The vision of the company SOS Assist is to provide complex and quality service „on one telephone number“, that means from offering a braod scale of insurance products, arranging the insurance itself, non-stop alarm center SOS Assist at disposal, through help in case of need, to insurance cases adjustment.

Corporate Social Responsibility

Helping others became a tradition for our company. And those who need help at most are children. In the meantime we are participating in several projects organized by the main charity companies.

·  We have an engagement also to one of most famous national projects of the Česká televize and Nadace pro rozvoj české společnosti (Foundation for Czech Society Developement) – Pomozte dětem, where the granted financial means are shared according to a public selection procedure and a regional principle. Thanks to this project we really do know, where our money help.

·  Other our financial means go to people who need them, through a company Člověk v tísni/People in need in the frame of humanitarian projects and emerging help. We do contribute to a helping project in Cambodia targeting increasing of health-care access for mothers and their children in the province Takeo.

·  Our company has become a partner in the unique project „Skutky naděje“ www.skutkynadeje.cz with an extent, active approach of the organizers and mainly the participants themselves belong to the most massive humanitarian and charity campaigns in the Czech Republic. Means invested in the project „Skutky naděje“ are shared with the two main collections, and so for cancer investigation in Czech and Moravian research institutes and for supporting free time activities of children and youth.

Sponzoring

In the area of sponzoring SOS Assist takes actions connected with moto racing. We concentrate mainly on national  series on the Brno and Most circuit; where great results are periodically achieved is by us supported Bohemia Racing Team (BRT) www.brt.cz, where a succesfull racer Josef Král from Arden International Team is contributing.
